Who we are

Austin Munday Media is operated by Hyper Beam Media LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through https://austinmundaymedia.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. You can reach us about privacy at austindmunday@gmail.com or (863) 529-3611.

Information we collect

When you apply through the form on this site, we collect:

  • Your podcast name and your name.
  • Your email address and a link to your show.
  • Your average downloads or views per episode, and whether you record video.
  • Anything you choose to write in the message field.

The application form is handled by Netlify Forms, and submissions are delivered to us by email notification. If you become a client, we also collect payment information: you provide a credit card by phone, which is entered into and processed by QuickBooks (Intuit). We do not keep your full card number ourselves; it is stored with the payment processor. We also keep the records of any emails or calls you have with us.

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of serving the site. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those fonts from Google and Google may see your IP address. The site does not set its own cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To review your application and decide whether your show is a fit.
  • To provide, schedule, and bill the Service if you become a client.
  • To communicate with you about your application and your account.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business:

  • Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions.
  • Intuit (QuickBooks) processes payments and stores card-on-file information.
  • Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on the site.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep application and client information for as long as needed to evaluate your show, provide the Service, and meet tax and recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing austindmunday@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

The Service is for podcast hosts and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. Payment card data is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor rather than stored by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at https://austinmundaymedia.com/privacy/ with its "Last updated" date.
